Here we are on da East Shore of Oahu. The Island has beautiful beaches along this side,
however, this being the Windward Side, they get ALOT more rain than anywhere else on da Island.
One advantage is, everything is green and tropical and beautiful.
One of the down sides is, if you are planning a
day at da beach, you might run into some wet weather.
But hey, you are in Hawaii, and da afternoon rain showers usually don't hang around for very long,
so just enjoy it !
This is Kailua Beach. Luckily, the rain clouds are staying over da mountains,
away from da beach today.

Kailua Beach is rated one of da Best Beaches in the World ! I agree !
It has a long stretch of sand and calm protected waters. It is known as a World Class Windsurfing
destination, although today the weather was just too nice, and not enough wind for them.
WOW ! That water is SO beautiful, I can't wait to go in !
"Mom, where's my Boogie Board ??"

Hmmm. Not much in da way of SURF !
Oh well, at least I can work on my Yorkie Tan while I'm out here.
I'm sure glad Bongo didn't come along,
he woulda embarrassed me with his silly Speedos !

COWABUNGA DUDE !
Guess I'll have to save surfing for another day.
I'll just sit back and enjoy da scenery.
WORLD CLASS BEACH BUM !
If there's something better than this, I sure can't imagine what it is !
